answers phone calls, transfers calls to proper extensions; takes messages for members and team; responds to customer enquiries
ensures that customers are properly registered either by tapping cards or signing the guest book
ensures the reception area is tidy, well-presented and clutter-free at all times
working with the Reception Manager, arranges for special guest services and access when required
has thorough knowledge of the provided services and strives to upsell these to member-clients
administers charges and takes full payments, and charges for any extra services provided
addresses customer complaints and advises the Reception Manager about appropriate corrective actions taken
