CLINICAL LEADBecome part of our Springfield family!The Chocolate Works Care Village are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join us on our night team - The Chocolate Works is a luxury purpose built care home in York.All Clinical Leads must hold an active nurse registration with the NMC.SHIFTS19:15 - 07:30 - 3 NIGHTS ONE WEEK AND 4 NIGHTS THE NEXT WEEK (1 OF WHICH IS A SUPERNUMERARY NIGHT)Purpose of the roleTo provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence and coordinating staff to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided, quality standards are met and maintained, clinical outcomes are recorded and measured. To develop and maintain an environment that supports staff in developing clinical skills and capabilities throughout the service.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the health and social care needs of all residents with nursing needs within the HomeSystematically evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing and care practices in order to improve the services and outcomes for residentsUndertaking comprehensive assessment of new referrals and carrying out regular reassessment post admission and ensuring that all information is obtained from relevant agenciesEnsuring that evidence based, person centred care is central to service provisionLead in maintaining and evaluating the electronic care plan systems, ensuring that feedback is provided to management and staffCarry out regular clinical audits, draw up and monitor action plansEnsure the availability, operation and servicing of clinical equipment and suppliesTo lead on the achievement of the gold standard framework programme, and ensure that the service retains accreditation thereafterWorking with the Registered Manager to undertake annual appraisals and regular supervision of all clinical staff ensuring
