THE CHINESE BUFFET is looking for employees for positions:
- greeting all guests warmly on arrival and escorting them to their table
- managing walk-in, online and telephone reservations
- responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
- providing guests with their checks after the meal sitting
- ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
- clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery
- unload deliveries
- keep the Kitchen organised
- keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
- collect and wash up pots and pans
- the day to day running of the venue
- doing rotas, stocks and management of the team
- oversee an enthusiastic and hardworking team delivering a quality service to a high standard
- developing and training the team to a high standard to maximise both service and bottom line profits
- working to Labour budgets
- previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- ordering and stock controls
- flexible and adaptable
- strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
- ability to lead and inspire a team
