Requirements

Responsibility

  • ensure food safety, authenticity, legality and quality of all products and processes
  • actively maintain and develop the Food Safety Management System and HACCP plans
  • maintain compliance with all customer standards, BRCGS certification to retain our A Grade and our 5 star Food Safety Rating
  • investigate and manage all customer complaints
  • support NPD functions providing technical guidance to ensure safe, authentic, legal and compliant products
  • as a key part of the Senior Management team, your role will encompass overall responsibility for product safety, legal compliance, ethical & environmental compliance to recognised standards
  • monitor and approve raw material suppliers to maintain due diligence records
  • update and develop all Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
