to work alongside the Head of Nursery to ensure the provision runs effectively
to supervise and manage staff as directed by the Head of Nursery & Centre Operational Manager
to manage the provision in the absence of the Head of Nursery
to take responsibility for SENCO and INCO and attend relevant training
to assess and record the progress and attainment of children in accordance with the EYFS Framework
to assist the Head of Nursery to market and promote the nursery, using social media as appropriate
to work alongside reception teachers and other preschool providers in training sessions and transition stage periods
to help provide a relaxed and happy environment for the children, by planning and providing a choice of activities suitable to their age and stage of development, support children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and Ofsted Educational Guidelines
