oversee the daily operations of the bar
manage and train bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
we are looking for a fun, enthusiastic new Bar manager to join the team. You will need to be easy going, hard working and trustworthy. You will be responsible to manage our Bar and Function operations
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
previous experience in a similar role, preferably as an assistant manager or manager
extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending techniques and drinks production processes
strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service establishments
