bar manager
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- oversee the daily operations of the bar
- manage and train bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- we are looking for a fun, enthusiastic new Bar manager to join the team. You will need to be easy going, hard working and trustworthy. You will be responsible to manage our Bar and Function operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably as an assistant manager or manager
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending techniques and drinks production processes
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service establishments
