Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- advising couples during private appointments about our bespoke service and converting enquiries into registrations
- proactively following up with customers after registrations to encourage products being added to lists and driving appointments
- updating and recording parent details and chosen product ideas on our system following meetings
- keeping in touch with our customers throughout their pregnancy to be on hand with advice and guidance at all stages
- building rapport with our couples by offering a fantastic, personal service while creating a trusting relationship via phone, email and online chat using LittleList tone of voice
- living and embodying our tone of voice which is reassuring, kind, practical and experienced
- working as part of a team to contact registrations, respond to customer queries and maintain a high level of service via email and phone
- always having LittleList Principles in mind, understanding your responsibility as the doorway and ambassador to our service
Requirements
- A customer or client facing background is highly desireable
- confident and happy to present various products within a personal one-on-one meeting with clients
- excellent verbal and written communication over the phone/ email and in person
- an interest in baby products and parenting is desireable
- self-motivation and intuition is key
