- this position helps provide and maintain meetinghouse facilities in Europe North Area and ensures that proposed designs convey adequate Church image in community, are defensible in terms of design, construction, and maintenance costs
- requires a professional license or equivalent certification
- under the direction of the Area Architecture, Engineering and Construction Manager assist in the development and maintenance of the area meetinghouse designs, including drawings, specifications, design guidelines, project adaptation guidelines, quality assessment documents, baseline cost and property validation
- works with the area staff to identify training needs and assist in developing a training plan for field personnel and external consultants and architects
