  • ownership of BSG’s membership retention framework and data
  • developing a comprehensive knowledge of BSG’s services, which can be demonstrated to members
  • identify and take advantage of cross selling opportunities
  • responding to members’ requests
  • keeping accurate records of member information
  • conducting membership training sessions as required to familiarise members with all of BSG’s service
