- to prepare and organise the restaurant for breakfast and dinner service, take orders from guests for their breakfast and dinner requirements, make and serve tea/coffee/toast/drinks
- the successful applicant will have had experience in the catering industry as a waiting person/server. Will be self motivated, a good communicator and be able to maintain the highest level of service standards
