  • ensuring prompt, friendly and professional service for the food and beverage, and also the accommodation
  • dealing with phone and email enquiries / bookings
  • cleaning of restaurant, bar, and cellar
  • our restaurant and bed and breakfast rooms have a superb reputation for great food and friendly professional service, we pride ourselves on ensuring our customers receive an excellent experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave
