Responsibility
familiarising yourself with each of our key clients, understanding their business objectives, their brand identity, tone of voice
developing concepts for social content, writing copy, briefing design and sourcing imagery where appropriate
you will help build a strong relationship with the company’s clients through knowledge and delivering work to a high standard
working closely with the rest of the team, to ensure all content is delivered on time and on brand
monthly reporting for each client
where missing, develop a sound social strategy per client, working closely with the senior management team. Plan content through knowledge of platforms, frequency, and audience behaviour
taking responsibility for managing the clients’ social media platforms on a daily basis. Not simply posting content, but engaging and interacting with relevant communities online
