- previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed
- dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris
- assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens
