Requirements

  • teaching experience is essential including lesson planning and developing schemes of work
  • A teaching qualification is desirable
  • willingness to work towards a CELTA qualification
  • experience of working with young people, on a 1-2-1 and group setting
  • professional understanding of safeguarding within an education setting
  • understanding of inclusion and differentiation strategies for engaging all learners
  • knowledge and understanding of what motivates young people and inspire creativity in learning
  • excellent personal organisation and high attention to detail
