Responsibility

  • support pre-sales and post sales activities
  • booking inventory, gathering and distributing ad copy and media assets, and setting up talent onboarding calls
  • support Advertising Sales Team in building media plans, ad schedules, and collateral for pitches and RFP responses
  • assist the sales team in the support and management of accounts and supporting the billing and invoicing process
