Earnings on positions in THE AMBITIOUS GROUP
THE AMBITIOUS GROUP is looking for employees for positions:
- negotiating offers and responsible for own sales progression
- promoting the company’s additional products, such as Financial Services and Auctions and ensuring your team are aware of these
- chasing rents and ensuring all properties are compliant with correct certification in place
- assist with the process and collection of tenant arrears
- creating check in inventories and documentation
- conducting regular property inspections and visits, feeding back to landlords
- providing daily reports of team sales success and communicating these along with the Voice of the Customer data to superiors
- up to £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
