Responsibility

• the Alpine Pizza Co was born out of a passion for quality authentic wood fired pizzas
• drive large vehicles and tow all trailers to and from events, manoeuvring them into position on site
• manage own calendar of events, staff rotas, and ordering of stock with the help of the Admin Manager

• manage teams of 2-10 staff while on shift
• prepare and cook top quality wood fired pizzas
• manage and supervise the food management systems and safety while on site
• assist in recruitment and sourcing of event staff
• since then, we have grown exponentially and now have 5 trailers working all kinds of exciting and unique events, corporate hospitality, and the UKs biggest festivals
• liaise with customers and clients gaining feedback and troubleshooting before and during all events
• our beginnings started in the wedding catering industry crafting pizzas for 25-200+ guests from our converted horse box
• drive and continue our improvement to become a fully sustainable business
