Responsibility
the Alpine Pizza Co was born out of a passion for quality authentic wood fired pizzas
drive large vehicles and tow all trailers to and from events, manoeuvring them into position on site
manage own calendar of events, staff rotas, and ordering of stock with the help of the Admin Manager
manage teams of 2-10 staff while on shift
prepare and cook top quality wood fired pizzas
manage and supervise the food management systems and safety while on site
assist in recruitment and sourcing of event staff
since then, we have grown exponentially and now have 5 trailers working all kinds of exciting and unique events, corporate hospitality, and the UKs biggest festivals

somebody who is forward thinking, pro-active and organised with a good eye for problem solving
experience in either restaurant operations or festival catering. would be great but training can be provide
chef: 1 year
kitchen experience: 1 year

A full driving licence is essential, we don't work in one place and sometimes you will need to drive to events. We pay for your fuel
