- drive large vehicles and tow all trailers to and from events, manoeuvring them into position on site
- manage own calendar of events, staff rotas, and ordering of stock with the help of the Admin Manager
- manage teams of 2-10 staff while on shift
- prepare and cook top quality wood fired pizzas
- manage and supervise the food management systems and safety while on site
- assist in recruitment and sourcing of event staff
- since then, we have grown exponentially and now have 5 trailers working all kinds of exciting and unique events, corporate hospitality, and the UKs biggest festivals
