the ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces
ensure that all food preparation areas are kept clean and tidy
maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
follow health and safety regulations
as kitchen porter you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and organised, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste

the Alpaca is a dynamic pub space, mid week day times can be relaxed with people dining for lunch and our regulars stopping in for a pint, Thursdays and Fridays are often buzzing with people in for dinner and cocktails and our saturday nights can get lively as we clear out the space into a dance floor for our weekly DJ nights
we’re looking for someone with a passion for all aspects of the bar; strong cocktail knowledge is required while also showing care for being able to pour a perfect pint or recommend a good bottle of wine
the Alpaca is looking for an experienced bartender to join the team & help upkeep the high standards and excellent service we aim to provide
