Responsibility
- the Albyn Bar & Restaurant is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team
- number One – Support the GM and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
- handling customers’ complaints on site as well through our feedback platforms
- as AGM you will be expected to provide an in-depth knowledge on how to manage our day-to-day operations alongside our GM as well as deliver exceptional levels of leadership, all of which will aim to support our vision in delivering memorable dining experiences through great customer service
- completing necessary paperwork, e.g., labour cost % reports, staff attendance reports, performance reviews, etc
- directly involved in the recruiting and hiring of staff, especially the management team
- this is not a role for someone who wants to be sat at a computer all day, or even half of the day, this is very much an operational role and the successful applicant will be very hands-on in the day-to-day operations
- liaising with the GM, owners and Head Chef or Bar Manager to develop new menus, i.e
