this is an exciting opportunity to join an office-based operational function, leading a large team of 200 people
you’ll lead successful relationships and deliver transformation opportunities, both in-house and in partnership with our outsource providers
you’ll be accountable for providing an efficient, effective and high-quality day-to-day operation of an in-house operational contact centre and two offshore outsource providers, made up of multiskilled teams, supporting customers over multiple channels
Requirements
you’ll have a strong background in managing contact centres, specifically managing large teams as our contact centre has approx. 200 FTEs
you’ll have previous experience in developing managers through coaching and emotional intelligence to help people think differently
you’ll be resilient – this is a very busy operational role so you’ll be able to work under pressure
A driving licence with own transport would be beneficial due to travel between sites for meetings, however, this is not essential
