  • fabricator welder

Responsibility

  • fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to technical specifications and blueprints
  • perform various welding techniques, including stick welding, ensuring precision and durability
  • operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to manipulate and shape materials effectively
  • work with sheet metal, structural steel, and other materials required for bridge construction
  • conduct thorough quality checks on fabricated components to ensure they meet required standards
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols
  • collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to meet project deadlines and improve fabrication processes

Requirements

  • proven experience in welding and fabrication
  • valid CSCS Card Required
  • strong mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret complex technical drawings
  • proficiency in using welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools
  • excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
  • MIG welding: 1 year
