as a Luxury Retail Specialist / Client Development Manager, you will be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador who will service some of the most important members at Ten and facilitate their luxury retail requests
you will have excellent customer service skills, be ambitious, commercially minded, passionate about luxury products and always seeking opportunities to develop relationships and elevate the luxury retail proposition within Ten
work closely with client services and content departments ensuring the proposition has maximum exposure to members
your passion will be conveyed in every conversation, and you’ll need an entrepreneurial spirit to be motivated to build your own business by developing client relationships and exceeding KPIs and sales plans
we also work closely with suppliers to provide exclusively negotiated benefits and employee loyalty schemes
Requirements
experience in luxury retail or relevant client-related experiences and events
proven track record in achieving sales result, securing commission and negotiation
broad working knowledge of luxury retail brands, specifically watches and accessories
whilst standard working hours apply, expectation is that the right candidate will want to make themselves wen big opportunities arise
can demonstrate experience of working within a customer-lead industry and strives to continuously deliver excellent customer service
supplier management, experience in building long-lasting relationships
analytical decision maker; using performance data and leadership skills to drive results
ability to work with a diverse client base, with track record of excellent customer service skills and experience in communicating to HNW individuals
