Responsibility
we are looking for a motivated individual that has experience in providing customer support, in a fast-paced office environment
you could be a university graduate, a college leaver, or someone who has already got a taste of telephone-based customer support
handling customer and dealership queries/complaints via email, webchat, and telephone, taking ownership through to resolution
handling customer and dealership enquiries/complaints via email, webchat and telephone, taking ownership through to resolution
providing 1st line technical support for our Dealer Network
account creation and auto-commissioning
outbound calling to chase outstanding documentation/information/payment

Requirements
good planning and organisational skills with ability to work in a systematic, methodical manner
