Responsibility

  • we are looking for a motivated individual that has experience in providing customer support, in a fast-paced office environment
  • you could be a university graduate, a college leaver, or someone who has already got a taste of telephone-based customer support
  • handling customer and dealership queries/complaints via email, webchat, and telephone, taking ownership through to resolution
  • handling customer and dealership enquiries/complaints via email, webchat and telephone, taking ownership through to resolution
  • providing 1st line technical support for our Dealer Network
  • account creation and auto-commissioning
  • outbound calling to chase outstanding documentation/information/payment

Requirements

  • good planning and organisational skills with ability to work in a systematic, methodical manner
  • ability to multi-task, and be adaptable to change and changing priorities
  • attention to detail and accuracy in literacy and numeracy
  • work with team collaboratively to problem solve and deliver results
  • the skill to actively listen and use your excellent communication skills both verbal and written with Customers, Dealers and colleagues at all levels
