  • complete quotes for repairs and small works
  • follow up with the customers to ensure they have it and whether they would like to proceed
  • support customers by meeting tight SLA's on repairs and call outs, including managing the Engineer schedule for your region
  • work with engineers, suppliers and customers to uncover root causes of issues and recommend the correct solutions
  • purchasing parts required for repair works and organising transport
  • work with the rest of the team to plan the maintenance schedule, complete certificates and follow up with clients
  • complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements for jobs and ensure all other necessary paperwork is in place
  • approve job cards and complete invoicing

  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels
  • A relevant degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • estimating or quantity surveying: 2 years
