Requirements

  • 2 years previous gardening / groundsman experience
  • ability to operate a range of machinery and powered tools
  • knowledge of gardening tools and techniques and application of fertilisers / treatments
  • hold an Arborist certificate or has the ability to pass the course

Responsibility

  • ensure a record of any incidents / accidents involving customers, staff, equipment & aircraft are reported immediately to your line manager
  • addressing customer complaints / problems, at source where possible, keeping line management informed
  • ensure compliance of all CAA, and HSE procedures, keeping fully updated with changes to procedures or new procedures
