Responsibility

  • be responsible for the guidance and support of the staff including necessary assistance with their professional development, and advice to the Service Manager in respect of formal assessments
  • ideal Candidate will possess, Experience of working in supported accommodation or working with
  • ensure that support to young people is provided within an environment, which positively integrates race, gender, disability and sexual orientation and meets individual needs

  • handling office tasks, such as filing, scanning documents, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies

  • in conjunction with the Management team, assist with and organise annual statutory inspections, as required by any Local Authority
  • to lead on minute taking to support management team. Type and distribute minutes in the appropriate format relevant to the meeting

  • all TSS folders are read and staff signature sheets are signed
  • to complete these on a daily basis recording appropriate information to provide evidence
  • the cleaning duties of the day are carried out to a good standard
  • all daily tasks to be completed inline with the homes shift checklist/ daily management sheets
  • ensure engagement record is updated
  • ensure all actions from monthly inspections are completed within 10 days
