- conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing Tectah's products and services and highlighting their benefits
- build and maintain a pipeline of leads, following up on inquiries and nurturing relationships with potential clients
- engage with decision-makers, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements
- close sales deals and achieve set targets and objectives, both in terms of revenue and customer acquisition
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status using CRM software
- collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
- stay updated on Tectah's product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques to effectively articulate value propositions to prospects
Requirements
- previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is essential
- strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone
- results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and maximize revenue opportunities
- self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- flexibility to work part-time hours based on the candidate's availability and schedule
- we offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 along with uncapped commissions, providing an opportunity for high earning potential
