TecPartners is looking for employees for positions:
- production of 3D models, general arrangement drawings & detailed design drawings
- analysis of client briefs
- liaison and coordination with customers, suppliers, fabrication and installation teams

- support the go/no-go decision-making process on whether to proceed with a bid or not
- be responsible for maintaining the cost & pricing model

- A degree in Engineering
- subsea Project Delivery
- subsea IRM Operation
- EPCI contracts for a Subsea contractor, including vessels with ROV and survey capabilities
- managing subcontractors in both the tender and execution phases
- preparing complex tender packages
- subsea construction / Survey / IRM Projects
- commercial and contractual processes
- work with the R&D team to provide design drawings and bespoke built equipment to assist with R&D projects
- work with the R&D and Global Engineering teams to specify, source and evaluate ‘off the shelf’ equipment for manufacturing and testing
- manage projects, work to deadlines and budgets
- liaise with suppliers for the purchase and supply of ‘off the shelf’ and specialist component parts
- document and compile a project construction manual
- undertake occasional international travel, as required
- work as part of the Engineering team to design various process & test machinery, as well as the manufacture of this equipment
- experience building industrial machinery & test equipment
- electrical design skills
- understanding of electrical fitting & assembly processes
- knowledge of pneumatics
- experience of machine wiring
- experience in the construction of rack mounted electronic modules
- familiarity with PLC based machine controls
- understanding of temperature control theory
