- we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic to join our Customer Service team
- we have a fast-paced team environment where the ability to engage with colleagues and customers alike is paramount
- working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- sales order processing and data entry through our CRM system
- working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am
- maintain the highest levels of customer service through incoming and outgoing communication by phone, email and online messaging platforms
- support our RMA and Logistics teams to ensure all aspects of customer service is delivered at the highest levels
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
