Responsibility
- conducting outbound calls to businesses and individuals to complete market research surveys
- obtain, record, and verify information from respondents by conducting telephone interviews
- accurately inputting information into company software as dictated by respondents
- working towards targets
Contract type
- opportunity to top hours up to 35 hours per week
- day shift times - 9.30-2.30pm or 9-5pm
- we are currently looking for call centre agents to join us to conduct market research telephone interviews. No experience is required, as full training will be given
- we are currently recruiting for our Day shift - This will be on a 15-hour contract with the possibility of working up to 35 hours per week
