  • have a recognised Engineering apprenticeship/qualification
  • ability to use the range of workshop equipment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to problem solve
  • if required to work offshore technicians must complete a recognised Offshore Survival Course
  • be aware of and work to Q.A. & Safety standards

Responsibility

  • to ensure tools, equipment, and PPE are maintained and to keep workplace in a clean and orderly manner
  • good record on safety as shown by accident record
