Responsibility
- translating innovative ideas into tangible deliverables
- support your ideas and current trends through market data and research
- successfully own, and deliver entire projects in terms of quality, time and cost
- identify product growth and new opportunities
- ensuring all issues and risks are identified, tracked, owned and mitigated, escalating where required
- introducing changes, driving local improvement and best practice
- managing project revenue and capital budgets
- prepare and present analysis and plans to company directors
Education
- apprenticeship or Higher education i.e., HND, degree, masters
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing NPD projects within the food industry
- knowledge of food standards, labelling and recipes
- knowledge of ingredients and regulatory processes
- A good understanding of cost build up and managing project budgets
