develop the concept through artistic impression via CAD design to CNC program
create programming data for the CNC router in order to manufacture component parts
responsible for transferring the CAD design to a CNC program
generate product specifications and data to give support for Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
work closely with technical services to provide solutions for installation and presentation of new and updated gaming hardware
provide product specification BOM’s and detailed information in support of Production, Sales and Marketing
monitor manufacturing methods and materials in order to improve quality and efficiency of production
update previous 2D drawings to Solid works
Requirements
qualification in industrial / product design ideally at degree level
experience of Solid works with Camwork or Alpha Cam
working knowledge of Electrical / Electronic design / interface would be beneficial
excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical internal / external customers
evidence of testing and proving new ideas/ concepts
strong Time management to deliver on agreed completion dates
autoCAD: 3 years
working knowledge of ISO9001: 2012 would be desirable

reactive call response to customers. Will include weekends and may involve unsociable hours
installation of TCSJH and third-party systems and products

ensure all equipment is serviced to the required standard and on-site records are accurately maintained
