  • processing of daily requests from tcc offices for brand assets and information, authorization letters, support for sales pitches and new product opportunities
  • co-ordination of contract renewals
  • brand approvals for products designs and samples

supply chain manager

Responsibility

  • build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and efficient production aligned with campaign timelines
  • design and implement inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while preventing shortages
  • prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports on KPIs and lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making for the team
  • use Power BI/ERP/dashboarding tools to visualize insights and recommend actions
  • partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align supply chain plans with promotional campaigns and customer expectations
  • work with Quality and Sourcing to resolve production or compliance issues
  • support global logistics coordination and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements
  • maintain accurate records in ERP/ data systems and drive digital tool adoption

Requirements

  • minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles
  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • solid understanding of supply chain operations, including sourcing, production planning, and logistics
  • proficiency in supply chain systems and tools
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • experience working in international environments and managing cross-border supply chains
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
