Responsibility
support of Operations team with specific requests towards brand partners
processing of daily requests from tcc offices for brand assets and information, authorization letters, support for sales pitches and new product opportunities
co-ordination of contract renewals
brand approvals for products designs and samples
Requirements

supply chain manager
Responsibility
build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and efficient production aligned with campaign timelines
design and implement inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while preventing shortages
prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports on KPIs and lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making for the team
use Power BI/ERP/dashboarding tools to visualize insights and recommend actions
partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align supply chain plans with promotional campaigns and customer expectations
work with Quality and Sourcing to resolve production or compliance issues
support global logistics coordination and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements
maintain accurate records in ERP/ data systems and drive digital tool adoption
Requirements
minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles
A bachelor’s degree in relevant field
solid understanding of supply chain operations, including sourcing, production planning, and logistics
proficiency in supply chain systems and tools
excellent communication and relationship-building skills
analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
experience working in international environments and managing cross-border supply chains
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
