Responsibility
- successfully complete study tasks set by BPP, our training provider
- respond to post, telephone enquiries and queries from clients
- assist Fee Earners with their case load

- carry out administrative duties as instructed by your supervisor
- deal with new enquiries and set up initial meetings
- enter, maintain and update client details and relevant information on the case management system; and
- manage legal documentation in strict confidence
- work on files as instructed by your supervisor, which could include attending meetings, drafting letters and documents, research and document review
