Responsibility
as Area support manager you will be responsible for the management and training aspects within the whole of the Edinburgh area
you will work alongside the Senior Management team helping oversee salon managers and staff
tanz are Scotland's leading chain of tanning & beauty salons offering a range of high spec and state of the art UV tanning as well as teeth whitening, toning and spray tanning
your weekly rota will be planned in advance including a mixture of 'set' working shifts and salon visits
we have 29 salons across the central belt of Scotland, primarily Lanarkshire & Edinburgh where the majority of your time would be based and our newly built head office is based in Motherwell
we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and as such, our senior management teams work to ensure our staff and salons have the very best training and development and to ensure our salon standards are the very best at all times
your main role being to maintain the smooth running of the salons, oversee new staff training and development, check on salon performance including standards, sales and customer service and assisting with the management of these where required
you will be fully trained in how to run & operate the salons as well as all managerial tasks and responsibilities and have time within each one to build your knowledge of day to day operations and staff duties & to get to know each team
