Responsibility
ensure all agreed activity and performance KPI’s are reached within the agreed timeframes
manage client queries in a swift and professional manner, liaising with all relevant people as and when required to ensure a solution is reached and any credits raised
ensure all clients scheduled to resign their contract are contacted within an acceptable timeframe to reduce the threat of a cancellation or lapsed business
maintain a comprehensive understanding of your product, market and competitor products/positioning
ensure effective use of appropriate and most up to date sales/market information including reader surveys, reader and market research studies
ensure your line manager is made aware of any issues re any of your clients in a prompt manner
adhere to the rate card at all times
monitor incoming cancellation requests and liaise with your line manager and the client to minimize losses
