Responsibility

  • the Ideal applicant will have - Experience in managing and running a multi-site team
  • be passionate about food with a deep understanding of ingredients and local produce
  • at least four years' experience as a Head/Executive Chef within multi-site
  • the capacity to work under extreme pressure

  • excellent leadership and management skills
