  • about The Role
  • we’re looking for a Receptionist to join our Occupational Health team in Aberdeen, on a part-time basis
  • you will work closely with our Occupational Health administration team, and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality administration service, for our clients
  • this is a part-time position, working 28.5 hours per week. You will work, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 08:00-18:00
  • are you quality orientated, with the desire to deliver an outstanding customer service? If so, we would love to hear from you
  • answer the phone in accordance with our call handling procedures
  • respond to email bookings within three working hours, following Company e-mail etiquette and mailbox management guidelines
