  • we are looking to recruit a talented Head Chef with a vast experience in Mediterranean cuisine
  • serve highest standard of food at all times
  • develop and motivate a strong team
  • ensure all team is fully trained in and compliant to the H&S policies
  • be in control of all aspects of running Day to Day kitchen operation
  • the successful candidate has to have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen with fresh luxury products, have passion developing seasonal menus with weekly specials and have perfect eye for detail. Level 3 Food Safety Certificate is required
  • creating Food Specs
  • stock control minimising wastage
