Responsibility

  • maintenance and upkeep of the premises including ensuring that all annual essential checks are completed
  • recruitment, supervision and training of staff
  • to coordinate and schedule the delivery of person centred care to the residents in their life in the care home and on the farm
  • ensuring that all paperwork is completed in order to remain compliant with CQC expectations and ensuring that the finances of the care home/residents are in good order
  • daily running of the care home eg cooking of meals when required/cleaning/ monthly and daily checks/assisting residents with their washing/food shopping etc
