Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit an experienced Hygiene Team Leader to assist the Hygiene Manager on a weekend hygiene contract
- you must be able to demonstrate previous hygiene experience and have worked in the food industry in a technical/hygiene role
- have a proven knowledge of cleaning methodology, systems & procedures and have relevant qualifications including Food Safety Level 3, & COSHH
- monitoring cleaning activity and undertake documented inspections to verify standards are met
- ensure cleaning records, chemical records and any site specific technical documentation is implemented and completed
- this is a weekend contract, 16 hours per week, shift times are 6am – 2pm Saturday & Sunday
