- we have community and supported living services in Burnley, Ormskirk, Padiham, Blackburn & Clitheroe
- supporting the finance department with billing, petty cash, invoicing and other finance related tasks
- act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, answering incoming calls and directing where appropriate
- monitor and manage all incoming correspondence via various email inbox’s and post
- assist with HR related administration tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, maintaining files, minute taking and organising training
- support with the internal and external communications strategy and implementation including ‘Swanton News’ newsletter and annual reports
