  • monitor and review the quality of the service we provide and implement improvements where necessary
  • manage the budget for the service and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently
  • manage and oversee the administration and financial aspects of the service
  • manage the recruitment, training, and performance of your care staff and support workers to ensure they provide safe, effective, and compassionate care and support to our service users
