Responsibility
- we are looking for a highly motivated Private Client lawyer to join our friendly, busy, Private Client team
- you will form an integral part of the Private Client team, working both as part of a team and independently
- you will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and work towards achievable and realistic targets and measures
- the ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, although relevant experience prior to qualifying will also be considered
- whilst the successful candidate will be expected to work independently, managing their own caseload of wills, probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection cases, support and supervision from our experienced Private Client solicitor will be given to assist you in further developing your knowledge and experience
- secretarial and administrative support will be available but you will be expected to manage appropriate, administrative tasks and to work confidently with the electronic systems
- with support we are aiming to grow and develop the Private Client department and the successful candidate will play an important role in this development
