- base: Local GP Practices – will require working across the 7 GP Practices within the Federation / PCN geography, as per the rotating site for Saturday clinic delivery
- to participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the PCN and any relevant Practice team and attend meetings of the PCN, contributing to decision making and the development of the PCN

- current Professional Registration
- registered first level nurse with the NMC
- post registration qualification and ongoing CPD in a relevant/specialist topic
