Responsibility
- assist window fitters with measuring, cutting, and installing windows
- this is a great opportunity to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive and dynamic team
- help with the preparation of job sites, including moving materials and tools
- carry and handle materials, ensuring they are stored and transported safely
- support with the removal of old windows and disposal of debris
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- as a Window Fitter Helper, you will play a key role in assisting our window fitters with installations, repairs, and other on-site tasks
Requirements
- prior experience as a Window Fitter is preferred
- strong knowledge of window installation techniques and materials
- physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fitters
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- full UK driving license
