- we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Care Support, job description is below
- to ensure the day-to-day operation of Care Support’s office facilities
- to support the Company’s recruitment strategy and interview process as required
- vetting of applicants for employment with Care Support based on Care Support’s policies and procedures
- applying for enhanced DBS checks with applicants and booking applicants onto the Care Support Initial Induction process
- answering the telephone and directing all calls as appropriate
- to assist with the management of the ATS system, checking CV’S daily and sending them to the relevant schemes
- to advertise vacancies where required on job boards, communicate with colleges and job centres etc
Requirements
