- supercraft Ltd Brough is a privately owned manufacturing company and is seeking a Head of Finance
- responsibilities and skills
- oversee the control of all financial transactions and accounting matters
- this position offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate to significantly progress within an exciting business sector with scope for future equity participation
- working closely alongside the Managing Director and senior management team, you will oversee all aspects of the finance function, implement new systems, processes, and controls as a solid foundation for future organic growth plans
- ready to roll up sleeves and take a hands-on approach whilst having strong leadership and communication skills to foster robust relationships with the Board, senior management, debt providers and other stakeholders
- this is a key senior position within the business involving developing and managing financial reporting, budgeting and planning. Incorporating analysis to assess risks and opportunities, impact on profitability and working capital requirements
- the Ideal Candidate will be qualified accountant with excellent manufacturing/ERP experience. A high level of motivation will be required with a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels
