Requirements

  • inspection/acceptance of incoming raw material/customer supplied parts
  • inspection of goods being sent to or returned from Sub-Contract Suppliers
  • inspection of machined items, to include first off, patrol/in-process and final inspection
  • completion of FAIR documentation where required
  • maintenance of accurate inspection records and related documentation
  • management of the Calibration System
  • management of customer loaned gauges
  • dealing with customer complaints/rejects
